I logged into xbox and Halo 4 about 2 hours ago and when I started playing all my armor and campaign progress was deleted! It went onto the ( Welcome to the UNSC Infinity screen) as i chose the war games menu. All my loadouts, armor have been reset but not erased but rank and commendations are still the same. Does anyone know why this has Happended? and is there a fix because I dont want to do the campaign again on legendary.
Did you recently put your gamer profile on a flash drive? or you halo 4 saved game file? if you have an memory card plugged in you could also be choosing that memory card as your main drive when you start the game up

Let me guess. You were also in black recruit armor, recruit stance, rank 1, and the default emblem? Happened to me, but it was no longer there after a day or so.

Wierd, i have only seen that message when your actually in the process of moving it and when it finishes it says it successfully has been moved. the if you put it in another xbox it will say something like “Gamertag was last signed in on another console”. so your sure you didnt move any files?
delete your profile, and then redownload it.
my sister was playing before i signed in but it would not make a difference.
well if you didnt do anything, then like AppallingRain53 said its probably a glitch. he said it happend to him. if i were you id just double check and go to your dashboard/system/console/storage/hard drive/games/halo 4 and see if you have a file in there called “Halo 4 saved game file”
