I was reset to rank 1 after a game of swat and unlocking the daily challenge. Now I am unable to play on halo 4 servers & rank up. When I click a on my service tag, it says im a level 49. I know I haven’t been banned, I just want to know if its going to stay like this & if not… how can I fix this?! Please help.
Press the Start button when you’re on the Halo 4 menu screen. Go down to network settings and see if you’re selected on Xbox Live Network instead of local or system link.
