So yesterday afternoon I logged in, all gamer tags are white and it looks like they’re loading but there are people there. My level got reset back to 1 but I still have all my weapons that I owned prior. I can’t get into any reqs at all.
Any ideas?

Maybe hard resetting?

Yeah, did that and it fixes the issue for 1 round. Then the player boxes go white again and I can’t access my reqs. It just has a spinning wheel that says it’s retrieving data but it never does.
I’m having the same problem at the moment as well. i also cant look at any of my armor and it doesn’t give me exp and req points at the end of a match. Kind of refreshing someone else is having the same problem and its not only me at the moment.
It’s a common problem. The only solution that works for me is to restart the game, and wait a couple of minutes for the req system to load.
Still not working and looks like I’m not the only one. Is there any support for this game?
It’s probably a profile sync error.
Reasons-
.Bad connection
.Region lock

.Turn off internet router and turn it back on ten secs later.

Check your connection and multiplayer connection in settings before you launch the game. Are you wired with an open nat? Doing that has minimized errors, they still occur but not as frequently.
you have to be careful that you remove a lot of items to a friend the bannearon for 3 days and it was the fault of the internet call you server
