Im now sr 1 after earning the pigs can fly achievement >.>
Waypoint still shows you as a 130, but in game it says you are SR1.
It says that for me as well (in game) and I haven’t played majestic yet
Might just be a temp server issue 
You are probably just on fallback hopper/server

Prob just a server issue as stated above, has happened to me a few times, just wait or maybe reboot the xbox and you should be ok.
EDIT: He’s also prob not on a fallback hopper as he would have said it, don’t worry OP I’ve been shown SR1 for hours but been able to play on normal playlists, it’ll fix itself soon enough.
Challenges and commendations cannot be completed either for me now. Saying servers are down but I can still play spartan ops and matchmaking.
Just restart your console.
Reset does NOT fix it.
