All you people whining about the new stuff, you DO know that there’s a classic version of the playlists …Right?
They’ve chosen to completely ignore the fact.
Of course they haven’t done the research, there’s hardly any info to research and extrapolate from, they’ve just decided they don’t like the sound of what changes have been made and that’s it.

And before anyone says “I don’t wanna be restricted to one playlist:” 343i has mentioned there will be more than one playlist sans armor mods and loadouts.
I don’t know how the classic playlist will play like. It may not work on the maps, and will it have some of the new weapons or features? If it is just Halo 3 with updated graphics, why would any one be excited for it.

Cause people are whining their buzzums off and demanding Halo 3 basically but with a different campaign not accepting change but it’s a part of life and it’s better to learn it on a game than something that’s actually significant in people’s lives unless your life is Halo 3 which is basically your life is total crap and you should go outside if your life is Halo 3.

They aren’t demanding Halo 3 with a different campaign, they want new features while maintaining the arena style gameplay.

To be fair the reach classic playlist was horrible.
Do they ever?
Seriously take out the AA, sprint, and specializations and you have normal classic Halo. Which is what classic playlist will be doing.
I’m someone who prefers the Halo 2/3 style of playing and I don’t know how people aren’t seeing how much this game looks like a classic game when you take those features out.

^^^This has always fascinated me. The people who say this very same thing, never give any suggestions on WHAT could be changed. They never do. I’d like to see a list from one of these “competitives”.
And new armor, weapons, and vehicles don’t count. Thats just an expansion pack basically…

But this isn’t reach. This is Halo 4.

They don’t have to because the developers would, just as they did with Halo 2 and 3.

But you guys shoot them down with anything. Like, literally, anything…gameplay wise that is. We already know the competitives don’t mind “cosmetic” changes, but a new game with only cosmetic changes is basically an expansion pack with a new campaign.

But 343i didn’t develop 2 and 3, Bungie did.
The main complaints I see are:
- The game will be unbalanced
- It isn’t classic Halo
Both of these are caused by classes being introduced
I haven’t really noticed other things, but I am fine with everything but classes, including ordinance and sprint
