I can not access my request packs or in war zone after the hot fix update
Same issue. I noticed it early this morning when they weren’t loading until just before my Warzone match ended. I tried again about an hour or so ago and they still wouldn’t load.
Do a hard reset on your xbox. Give the req system a couple of minutes to load, after you restart the game.
I just started playing halo 5 again this week after a long break and I am having the same problem, but when my req system wont load i also cant view end game stats. Also wont show how many req points i have, just says 0 in the lobby after every game and when req system isnt working i cant use boosts because it says i have no reqs. I tried the hard reset fix and it will show me my reqs for about 1 or 2 matches then its right back to the same problem and last night i even uninstalled halo from my xbox and reinstalled and reupdated everything.
I have hard reset my Xbox, Uninstaller the game and reinstalled and deleted my gamer profileandreinstalled it. nothing seems to fix the problem.
I have the same issue as well, and I’ve also tried everything but nothing seems to work. Hopefully 343 will see this thread and investigate.
Mine shows no reqs and now I cant even log into the server
UPDATE I did a hard reboot and logged in and then out of my gamer profile and everything is back up. Atleast for now, got some help from the good folks in microsoft support too
I have had these “Retrieving data” req issues for awhile now. They seemed to be fixed until the recent Warzone firefight update when they reared their head again. I have to damn near hard reboot my console almost daily. I demand a permanent fix to this situation.

I’m having the same issue. I haven’t touched Warzone for more than 1 game. I can’t even log in properly either. I’m tired of this.
Same issue, I’m kinda feeling gypped, I only have xbox for Halo, and now I’m loosing the intended experience. I had xbox live support get me to do the prescribed hard reset, router rest fix, remove and add my profile, worked for 1.5 matches. I’ll get one match, or it will let me use a boost, then not let me use reqs. I dont want to reset my xbox after every match. HELP!!!
I agree with all of the above but i mostly hate defaulting with pink armour!! GRRR, this needs to be fixed guys!!! Or at least put some random weapons and vehicles in the warzone maps so us peeps who have constant retrieving data issues can still have a chance to play!!
