For the last 2 days, I can’t get into the requisitions page…it just keeps saying retrieving data. Network connections and all check good. It this something on Halo side?
I had this problem happen to me as well. I actually had to play an entire Warzone Firefight game with my AR and my Magnum. I am sure it will go away, but the problem only lasted for one game only. Try to restart your Xbox One to see if that will help.
Thanks, Mr Guitar. The issue resolved when I loaded up another game from game hub, then went back to Halo. Thanks for the help!
Just wondering if you guys did anything specific to fix this? Mine has been the same for over a week now.
Mute, I went to the game hub and loaded up a different game…then came back to halo…it “fixed” it…but today I’m having halo5 server issues.
If the game loads without sync errors, give the req system a couple of minutes to load after you start the game. You can press y, if you see retrieving data and then get the red error message go to commendations or the Spartan hub menu in game. Wait a minute or two and check to see if the reqs have loaded. Waiting a couple of minutes works for me. My guess is the req system is so bloated that it loads slower than the game.
…my reqs would disappear and it would never try to get the data back…i have played about 3 warzone games with a AR and magnum…and it gets even worst that my spartan goes back to recruit and my SR is 1 plus the emblem is mjinor (didn’t spell ritte) after a while my reqs come back…is this happening to anyone else ?
yeah that happened way back with my beta prime emblem which I still havent gotten and my may 2016 season emblem which i also havent gotten, i wish 343 would just admit a mistake and fix it instead of pretending it never happened because i wanted all reqs but wont get that anymore will i
Just wanted to update that for the past two days mine has been working perfectly with no issues at all.
I did nothing to fix it, it just started working.
I get this error consistently and rarely get to play with reqs anymore. Not sure why but no suggestions seem to consistently work around the problem. It really has negatively influenced my desire to play halo 5.
