They do not work while in game or out of game. For example, I can’t purchase new weapons in Warzone or Warzone Assault. I can’t see what level I am or members of my Fireteam are. I can’t spend my REQ points out of game. I show up as a level 1 character as do members of my fireteam…and I can’t see their Spartan ID or Emblem. My material is all defaulted back to the -Yoink- we were given at the beginning. I wouldn’t be so sour of this had I not got some of these perks as a birthday gift from the wife.

This is PATHETIC, have you guys even read through the list of problems? They are all required related…Are you guys seriously having trouble and have no handle on the situation? Are you guys seriously that shallow that you can NOT send out one message assuring you are work on the problem?
Customer serve is pathetic…someone needs to moderate this site better and filter material.
Hey Spartan, put the bat down. It looks like your profile is not synching, because I can see that you belong to a spartan company here on WP. Do a hard reset on your xbox and restart the game. if you keep getting synch errors, your profile is not loading properly, so quit out of the game and restart it. If you load without any errors, give the req system a couple of minutes to load.
Same issue here, can’t use reqs can’t buy reqs can’t see what level I am up to. I’ve did a hard reset, I’ve disconnected the internet (because that worked in the past) but now nothing… Will this be resolved in the near future?

Ok, so hard resetting, restarting H5, resetting router etc. aside… Why does this keep happening? I’m in Aus (don’t know if that’s part of the equation or not), and my friend and I have this issue several times a week. No other games we play seem to have ‘profile sync’ issues like this.
Right now I get a ‘reloading’ on reqs and they don’t appear until the end of the next game. ie. they are always one game behind.
Is this something that could be looked at systemically rather than on an individual basis perhaps? Just sayin’.

I bought a Gold REQ pack with the REQ points i had and all that happened was that my points were taken and all i received was an error issue message. is there a way i can confirm that i did at least receive a pack of items and it just was not displayed to me? because as far as i can tell there is nothing new in my collection, but it is a lot of stuff so i probably just cant notice whats new.
