Requisitions Glitch

This whole thing started about three days ago. First thing that happens and is a telltale sign that my reqs are still broken is the message of the day images will not show. After that I can go to the req store but it will only say “Retrieving Data”. Then the really weird stuff happens. I go to Customization and on every option, except colors and emblems, it’ll say I have however many things in that category out of zero (Armor 124/0). I can still scroll through the items and they will show on my spartan, but none of the thumbnails are on the items; they’re all just blank. Also, some items won’t display the actual name. When I go to preview the Atlas helmet, instead of saying “ATLAS” on the bottom of the screen, it says “BADCMSNAME HELMET:2089000”. None of my weapon skins show up on the list; they are all automatically set to default. If I just ignore all of this and go on matchmaking, it’ll show that I have zero req points and everyone in the lobby has white boxes for emblems. When I try to view someone else’s spartan, their emblem is default and white, rank is 1, and their Spartan will not load.

Now the weirdest part to me is that this will all be fixed sometimes. Everything will be as it should, but the moment I go to sell a card or open/buy a pack, it’ll never process. It’ll stay processing for over 10 minutes and still nothing will happen. Naturally, I’ll go to quit Halo and try to load it up again to play, but it all breaks again just as explained above. This issue has never happened to me before a few days ago and it it extremely frustrating.

Any help would be appreciated. Or just point me to the correct forum and I’ll ask there. Thank you

I don’t think it’s on your end man cause this has happened to me a few times too

It sucks.

Also I just played a game and EVERYONE in the game pulled out vehicles and loadouts. Mine still says retrieving.

I had a glitch where nothing would load once. It fixes itself after a few days.

Sometimes your Xbox and your router require a hard reset.
I encountered this problem and contacted the Xbox customer service rep, they instructed me to do this.

First: turn off your Xbox, then unplug it from the wall until the light on the cable box between your Xbox and the wall outlet goes out. then reverse the process and turn on your Xbox.
at the same time you are doing this unplug your router and reset it.

after all this is said and done you should be good to go, unless it really is on their end. and if thats the case then I would try and contact live support. they might be able to give you more information.

Have you tried restarting your xbox?

It’s happening to me to.

Try to restart your Xbox, that helped me for some reason

Please don’t revive old topics thanks, the support forums are the best place for help with the issues. Generally restarting your Xbox helps
