Not sure if others are experiencing this, but more often then not right now when loading the game I cannot see my requisitions. I cannot access the store, open packs or see what I currently have. It also displays the incorrect number of points. I sometimes can temporarily resolve this by restarting the game. But after playing a few games it will act up again. If I play a match or two I cannot see my post game stats and the next game I cannot see who I am playing in the match. This whole issue gets really bad when playing any sort of warzone for the game will not allow me to select any reason since it cannot load them, which leaves me stuck with the default loadout. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have hard reset my Xbox and router and yet this still keeps occurring. Can anyone provide any help for this problem? Thanks.
I’ve been having this problem for weeks. I thought I saw someone somewhere quote a part of the recent update that said there was fixes to this but I still have the problem. Used to get a few good games a day before the retrieving data road block came up. Now I have been able to access any of it for a few days straight. Not really fun running around completely underpowered. I have tried everything I could think of and suggestions so I just hope 343 really tries to fix this with people giving multiple call outs on here.
Experiencing the same problem here, and noticed it after Hammer Storm dropped. I play a lot of warzone so this is a big problem for me.
same here really sick of it just lost all emblems and spartan levels but for some reason still have my campaign progress
Same happening here since last night, I was just about to try uninstalling but since that didn’t work for you I’ll forget that. Haven’t had this problem since the game came out, it’s got to be the latest patch.
Im having this problem also but posted about it in general discussion by accident so count me in any fixes yet?
“ive been having problems loading reqs in game and out of game, retrieving data after games loading players in the load screen (all the other players emblems show up all white no information just the 4 dot loading symbol. Besides some friends theyre information will come on randomly) my game has not been logging xp while this happens but i do recieve req points after games which i can only keep track of on halo waypoint. Its somewhat crippling because i love warzone and it doesnt let me equip any reqs throught the whole match so im at a 100% disadvantage. im not sure if commedations are being tracked anymore either. Also cant load armour at all but i can load customization in emblems sometimes and colors always load.” Kind of a break down of all the problems that came with the update for me if you like spending req points alot then you can buy packs on here and theyll load in game. I have had one or two games where the whole system worked completely randomly. But besides that i consider my game completely broke at this point
i had this problem before too, i hope it will get fixed soon cause i love warzone.
Same issue now for close to 3 weeks, even before hammerstorm. I may after several hard resets get reqs for 1 warzone…certainly not 2 though.
Yeah I’ve also had this problem ever since Hammerstorm came out. Has 343 even addressed this issue? If so can we see a fix for this bug soon please.

You would think they would give us some kind of a good faith response on this forum. I’m sure someone at 343 follows this forum. I would hope a fix is a work in progress.

I find it strange they dont have a report bug feature… but were stuck complaining here hoping they would hear our problems…
Just purchased game yesterday and haven’t seen any stats after any of the games I’ve played. Starting to regret buying this game if there’s no help in sight.
