Requisition>>store, open pk & col. retrieving data

I have been dealing with this for months now and it kind of makes the games less rewarding because I’m basically not getting credit for the working I’m putting in. Also my stats from the previous games do not load before the next match. So not only am I need getting rewarded, I can’t even keep up with my stats or challenges.

Issue:
Requisition>>store, open packs & collections never load, it just continues to say “Retrieving Data.”

No after match stats while wait in lobby for a new match yo begin.

I’ve been having the exact same problem as well.

My Requisition is currently saying I have zero REQ points despite playing a few games, I earn no new points.

Also opening store just leaves with the continuous “Retrieving Data” and thats it.

So far I’ve been reading through this thread that was made a while ago on this issue. Apparently some people said it worked by constantly restarting the game/xbox 3-5 times.

Does that to me sometimes. I usually quit the lobby and my stuff appears. Make sure you clear your Xbox’s cache regularly. Also, today I just got a pack opening error and bam 5000 REQ points stolen. I want a silver pack refund ASAP (yes I checked my inventory and nothing was new in it). I even have video evidence of the error.

Well nevermind my silver pack decided to appear in my “Open packs” section.
