Requisition Packs not loading

Hey Everyone
This is my first time posting on here so bear with me if I don’t follow the right format for questions.

I haven’t played much halo since reach (gave Halo 4 and MCC a go but both were kinda average), and I’ve been genuinely looking forward to halo 5. I come onto the game after a 12 hour download, to find requisition packs. First thing I do (being a naive young 17 year old part-time working moron xD) is buy the $35 requisition pack. Its been an hour, bit I haven’t had the packs load?

Anyone had this problem?/How would I fix it?

I don’t really appreciate $35 being sucked up and not getting anything out of it.

Any help would be great!

Hey! Many people are having issues with having req packs. I did not receive the pre-order req packs even though they are installed. You could try contacting xbox support.

from what ive seen xbox support has been absolutely no help for anyone on this. i have gone there and they sent me here along with anyone who looks for help.
