I recently purchased two greatest hits req packs and i haven’t received any of the items i unlocked. When i open my collections it shows i have them unlocked and allows me to equip them, but after equipping it says failed too save on the bottom right and it doesn’t equip the helmet i unlocked. Anyone know how i can fix this?
I would try restarting the game then equipping them or completely shut down your console, unplug the power, then switch back on and try again.
Try restarting your internet router. This’ll flush out the more stubborn issues in regards to retrieving data and saving.
