No. The only ones that are gift-able, are the one you pay with real cash. They set it up this way to prevent people getting ripped off, example “give me five bucks, and I’ll give you ten gold pack.” the five was given, but the ten gold packs were never given out. There are many other ways that this could be exploited. This is why it is the way it is.
