Requisition Cards-where are they in game?

I’ve gotten a few cards, such as fuel rod cannons, needlers, and others. I can see them in my “collection,” but when I get into a Warzone game, I don’t see where the cards I have are; I know that, for instance, I have a few needlers and a sword or two, but when I get in game, there is no option to obtain an energy sword-no matter what rank I am.

Do certain maps allow certain cards?

I think you may have to have a certification for that weapon in order to cash in a card? Not 100% sure yet.
