Requiem wont be the only planet we visit.

LONGBOW

The frigid climate and unique gravitational conditions of Concord’s northern polar region provide an optimal perch for Longbow Station’s channel-based mass drivers. Before the Covenant War, the UEG launched deep space monitoring relays from here in an effort to study far-flung star systems.

Is Concord a planet? will we be visiting this in the campaign or in SPARTAN OPS?

Hmm that is a good question. I think it’s likely an environment we will visit in Spartan Ops.

Yes. You’ve found the secret to end all secrets.

Good find.

Or is it a multiplayer map used as a simulation for Spartan-IV training? Admittedly I haven’t heard much about Longbow.

I agree entirely that Requiem won’t be the only place we stick to lol it was said somewhere, did frankie say that? xD

I want to go to another Halo Ring. Preferably one we’ve never been to before.

The Series aint called “Halo” for nothing

hmmmmmm interesting. I guess we will find out!

I’m fairly certain longbow is a MP map. It’s not totally inconceivable that we may visit other planets or rings in spartan ops. But in all honestly an entire shield planet is enough for me

I remember reading somewhere that all of the multiplayer maps are original, and not taken from campaign. Also, it’s created by the holo-deck which can reportedly create any war condition known to man.

No, no it won’t be.

they arent tying multiplayer maps into the story, just the Infinity itself. These are hypothetical environments that the Holo room generates. We are almost undoubtedly NOT going to another planet, that would be stupid.

Mutiplayer maps arent taken from campaign, they’re made specificly for competitive gaming.

Well it will be hard, because Cortana is like
"I will NOT, allow you to leave, this, PLANET!"

Well we probably won’t visit Concord in the campaign, since, like every multiplayer map in Halo games (Reach not included), the setting isn’t necessarily bound to areas we’ve been to in the story. Take Snowbound in Halo 3, for example. It’s on some random planet nobody’s ever heard of.

It’s something I’ve always loved about Halo multiplayer, the ability to explore strange new worlds that we never got to see in campaign.

I think not.

Why? In the “First Look” vid, they said that there will be original maps, NOT directly from the Campaign.

Look at Halo 3. Some of the maps took place in many spaces and in Campaign we were only at Earth, the Ark and Installation 04 (ll)
