I completed the missions required, but i dont know what it means about looking for the glyphs in section 3. Is that in the game or somewhere in waypoint? Or do I have to find these glyphs in the missions? Do they look the same as the domain terminals?

Glyphs are found in the game, on halowaypoint.com, in videos made by 343, and in Halo 4 related books (i.e. novels and official guides). Some of the glyphs are as plain as day while others are hidden, almost undetectable. The people who contribute to the site I linked to above do explain everything about the glyphs you could want to know.
