You can’t play Spops offline. And as far as I know you can play co-op for it to work.

It has to be done while connected to LIVE as they cannot track the status of your progress while offline. Also as the post above me states Spartan ops isn’t available while offline.
What is in the 2nd archives? Any new armour?
theres new raider armor and xp
I think what he meant with offline versus online is whether you need to do it in matchmaking (Find Game) or not to which I believe the answer is it does not matter.
