Hi, my name is Coby. One of my favorite games for my surviving XBOX 360 is Halo Wars. It provides seemingly endless possibilities for new combat scenarios, and has all the greatness and glory of the Halo Universe. I really don’t know where to pose my questions/requests, so I am starting here. Firstly, will it ever be possible for the makers of Halo Wars to make additional updates or additional DLC this far into its existence? I would really like to see a few things happen, although I realize that I am just one voice, and it may simply be too late for anyone to make additions to this “old” game at this point. One thing I think would be cool is to enable players to choose army colors in skirmish maps, or at least when facing the computer in skirmishes. It get’s kinda old playing as the same green and purple all the time. That seems like such an easy thing they could tweak! Also, how about a Sand Box of sorts, that so many other Halo games have? Wouldn’t it be awesome to be able to create your own battle grounds(I.e. place resources, bunkers for troops, base spawn locations, mountains, pre spawned units, etc.)??? Even something as simple as more DLC map packs? I have just played the same maps against human and computer alike so many times! Don’t get me wrong, the existing content is awesome. It just leaves me wanting more! Anyone thinking sort of along the same lines? What can be done to press for more awesome Halo Wars updates?
Considering the company that made Halo Wars was shutdown right after its release I don’t think anything new is ever coming mate. Just gotta wait until HW2 comes out.
Oh really? I didn’t know that. Well that sucks! I figured that it was past the point for anything new to be added, but I thought it wouldn’t hurt to get input from other Halo fans. Thanks for the response.
