I have tried returning the game via Microsoft support however they insist because it past the 30 day refund policy they are unable to do anything. The only option I was given was to actually post a request for a refund via forums. This is frustrating, even the Microsoft support guy was unable to retrieve any type of contact information for 343 customer support. I was assured that I would be emailed if I posted a thread requesting a refund. So here is my request, I am no longer willing to wait for a fix, I am requesting a refund. Please email me a response back 343 customer support. This is my only option and I hope you honor it.
Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but there isn’t much chance of getting a refund from posting on the forums. If you bought a physical copy the you should contact the store as they would be your first point of contact. if it was a digital download, then the Xbox Live Team / Xbox Support are the people you need to speak to as all transactions and account related things go through them. 343 won’t have access to any of your account details or purchase history.
