We should have a sticky thread that provides links to every Halo Bulletin. It’s near impossible to find a Bulletin on a cell phone, because the mobile version is so different. Every week I spend countless hours trying to find the latest Halo Bulletin on my smart phone while at work, with very little luck. For old Bulletins, I can spend countless hours on my own home computer, trying to track down old Halo Bulletins from months ago to read for reference reasons. Why can’t we just have one sticky thread that combines links to every Bulletin? We need one.
I don’t care who makes it or what forum it’s posted in. We just need it, at least for user friendly reasons.
