A few days ago, I bought a gold pack but I could not open it, i am not sure why. when I tried to open it again, it said ‘‘you already opened it’’ but I did not. what could I do? that issue cost me 10000 Reqs

I do not think so, I checked my collection ( Armors, Helments, Visors, emblems, weapons, etc) and everything was the same. I did not receive nothing. They should give me another 10000

It’s hard to tell, but you should have received two certifications, and an emblem, if you were not 100% on both. You can try resetting your xbox, and you can also check your req inventory here on WP. I have not seen a case, where the points were deducted, and nothing was awarded.
However, if you insist, you can keep your post fresh, and 343 may respond and let you know exactly what was in the pack. I would amend the title to be more descriptive of the actual issue.

Actually, this is the second time, and I am sure that I did not receive nothing
