Ever since btb update my reqs won’t load or can I do any customization due to fact none of em load or nething… When I play warzone my load outs or reqs don’t even show up it jus keeps saying retrieving list…I can play arena matches no prob but when match done it says having trouble retrieving at this time???

same problem but a temporary fix is to power cycle your xbox. Hold power button for 10 sec till it shuts off, then unplug console for 30 secs. I t worked the first time after 3 days of being down but have to try again cause its happing again.

I’m having the same problem. Been going Assault Rifle and Magnum all game.
It’s getting very frustrating. Playing Warzone without REQ access isn’t fun which makes me want to quit the match and have to risk getting a quit ban. I was able to play a few matches without the issue tonight and thought it had been fixed but it’s happening again. We need the folks at 343 to acknowledge this issue.
Just played an entire game without Req’s… This is dumb.
Also having the same problem everything is set to default I cannot load any of my reqs or open req packs. Tried power cycling my Xbox and restarting the game but no luck hopefully someone has a fix.
I have experienced this and all I can related it to is to a bad internet connection, I have reboot thousandths of times and apparently the connection is so slow that multiplayer does not load properly.
I had this issue as well and it happened to me when a lot of people were on my wifi at the same time. I disconnected a few signals, reset my wifi then reset the game and it worked for me.
It’s really annoying and frustrating having to play all game with an assault rifle and magnum. Does anyone have a good solution?
Why wont my reqs load?!?!
I can confirm this is an internet issue. Re-started my router and shut down my PC - WORKING!
If you restart or turn power off it will fix this problem for a short time
Im having issues with this at random moments, was going actually good, 41-13-10 during it and then it crashed, there have been moments too where it said it lost connection, more updates only worsen it from what I’ve notice
The whole Internet connection isn’t the only thing wrong with this because it’s been a solid week of this dilemma for me and I’ve tried the restart of the console, and WiFi, though this issue did start for me after reciveing a banhammer for 2 min for being to idle. So I think that definitely has something to do with it
I started playing multiplayer yesterday, and for the first game, they loaded. After that, I couldn’t do anything with them. My game can’t even tell what my weapon skins are called. I’ve only played game modes that don’t contain REQs like grifball and infection because game modes that do are so boring without them.

Same issue. I can see my reqs when I’m in the lobby but in a warzone firefight they req screen just hangs on retrieving… Started yesterday, still not working tonight.
