Sorry if im posting this in the wrong forum, but I keep having the same problem and was hoping somebody had a solution.
I keep noticing Every time i finish a game i Dont recieve my req points or exp, or ill try to open unopened packs and it will be stuck loading forever until it tells me something like REQS UNAVAILABLE. it does the same thing when i try to look at my armour. Normally i wouldnt be complaining on forums but this has been going on for 4 days now.
Whenever i try to play a game it just tells me FIRETEAM LEFT or SERVERS UNAVAILABLE… but whenever it does let me play its Very laggy AND i dont recieve EXP or req points, i just assume when this sh*t starts working properly it will update everything fine but who knows. is there anything i can do ? or just wait it out ?

The retrieving data bug has been around since launch along with a broken theater mode and countless other bugs and glitches that 343 strangely won’t address or fix. Maybe it’s time for a new Halo dev.
This problem had me in a chokehold before. If that does happen, try the following:
- Restart the game - Restart your console - Reset your internet modem / router
I’ve got a really slow connection and seem to be unable to load REQs far more often than my friends with a better connection, I think they might be linked
