REQs System Down - "Retrieving Data"

  • I can’t access the REQ system within Halo 5. All I see is the “Retrieving Data” message/animation. This has been ongoing for almost a week straight. I also can’t see player emblems in the pre-game lobby. (Screenshots links listed below)* - - Time & Date the issue occurred (if available): This was first noticed on Nov 5 and is still happening now even after downloading the update! - Playlist Name: N/A I can play online matches, but Warzone would leave me at a disadvantage as I can’t access my REQs. - Are you experiencing delayed grenades, shot registration, etc? NO! - Are you experiencing disconnects? NO! - Are you “teleporting” around, or seeing other players warp from place to place? **NO!**Network Information

I have the same problem with Halo 5 Forge For Windows…

Just booted up Halo 5 forge for Windows 10. I cant access my maps, bookmarks nor my prefabs. The the search circle is just setting there spinning sez searching. It still sez that at the time of this email. Just goring round and round. I can access the Xbox App and Decord with no problems. Whats going on?

This is completely off topic but your in a clan right how did you get the intermediate supply req pack it says I got one but never received it? can you tell me where to contact halo for this problem?

I can’t access REQs so I have no idea whether or not I have any REQs which is kind of terrifying because my clan is approaching the end of the Achilles helmet grind. I pray this issue is fixed before we complete it because as I now I have to assume I am not getting any req packs for games played.

Actually I forgot you can view REQs through waypoint. It looks like I am getting commendation complete packs and daily win packs, but I only had one daily login pack even though I’ve been playing/logging in every day this past week.

If this annoying issue appears again, try my advice:

  • Find your internet router / modem and turn it off. Unplug the power too. - Wait at least 10 seconds. - After you waited 10 seconds, plug your power supply back into your router / modem and turn it on. - Wait for a few minutes, and you should have your connection again. - If it doesn’t work, repeat steps 1 - 4 until you got a stable connection again.It works for me, and I hope it works for you! :slight_smile:

I can’t get any of my data. I can play matchmaking but no data to view after the match, no photo of avatar, no stats, no nothing.

Same issue here for the past 2 weeks.

I’m glad to hear more people are reporting this. Make sure if you haven’t already to include this in the
SERVER REPORTS: LATENCY, DISCONNECTS, ETC topic.

I feel it is really strange to be able to play online but I cannot see the Reqs. I mean, they are not meant to be the same? How is this even possible? Can someone please explain me?
