I started having this issue last friday ever since the latest halo 5 update but usually it just lasts a couple hours but its now monday and the issue still continues. I recently bought the arena REQ bundle and i have 2 weeks of REQs to open but every time i try to access the REQs menu all it says is “retrieving data.” and minutes will go by but to no success. I’ve restarted the xbox, even hard reboot but it still didnt fix the issue. I can still find games to play but after i don’t get any of my XP or RP and it ends telling me there was an error encountered and points couldn’t be loaded. playing war zone is pointless since i can’t access my REQs I’m stuck with the starting weapons the whole game. if anyone can give any tips to help fix this problem or is it just a server/game problem id appreciate thanks?
343- can you get this fixed?
I have this issue nearly every day. Sometimes it’s for a few minutes.Sometimes it gets so bad I can’t access reqs during Warzone matches.
i have absolutely no access to the REQs no matter what.
I’ve been frequently having my entire REQ menu set display ‘Loading’ eternally or damn near it. I can’t buy packs, sell cards or check my collection.
In lobbies, I often display 0 RP and it insists I have no boosts when I know damn well I do. Whenever it does this, if I’m loading a Warzone game, I am stuck with base loadout the ENTIRE game. REQ menu displays loading spinner instead of Y button on respawn menu and stations load eternally.
This happens more often now than it doesn’t. Extremely aggravating as it not only entirely ruins Warzone’s fun, but being disallowed buying packs is beyond a nuisance.
Additionally, Custom Games has been refusing to let me change settings off and on pretty frequently, making it so I can’t change score to win, time limit, team settings, etc AT ALL. It’s not even that they’re grayed out half the time, they’re just entirely absent.
I’m not sure what’s causing this but it need fixed ASAP; it’s making playing the game pretty difficult. The crap thing is, Xbox Live has been losing its -Yoink- with frequency as of late, too, so I’m not totally convinced it’s even Halo. It may be that XBL is screwing the pooch and Halo 5 is just suffering immensely because it runs 99.99% of its systems off of dedicated servers through that service.
The req system goes through Xbox live servers not 343 maybe try restarting your router since you already hard reset your xbone
