Hi I’ve searched and tried finding a solution but nothing. It started happening in December and fist noticed it in halo 5. Each time I want to play halo for the first time I have to turn off my xbox by holding the X on the console and then turn back on and then my xbox store will load and all my halo stuff like reqs and progress like commendations or even to buy packs. That would fix it at first. But now after a few games or if I switch games like from halo to something else the game won’t connect and I have to hard restart. My NAT is open, and I’ve restored my console and have deleted and reinstalled my games and it still does it. Does anyone have any suggestions? Please let me know thank you.
If this is happening with games other than Halo then I think maybe reaching out to Xbox Live support may be the way to go from here. They’ll have some troubleshooting steps they can run you through
