Hey there. The Microsoft support team told me to try and contact 343 through here.
I purchased a 7 +2 free req pack bundle for $19.99 on amazon, where they provided and instant key to redeem.
After redeeming the key on xbox.com, it was added to my account.
The issue is that they do not show up on Halo 5. I have no unopened packs.

This is not the Warzone or Arena req bundle. This is not a delayed reception form of bundle; they are intended to be used directly after purchase.

They do not appear in the installation of Halo 5. They do not appear within “my games and apps” when viewing DLC.

I have done everything from hard resets to signing out and have restarted innumerable times.

I have waited approximately 18 hours at the time of this posting.
I am forming this post as a request for 343’s assistance.
