REQs gone after recent update...

After today’s update all of my REQ packs I saved are gone. Of those REQs, one was a premium Arena REQ and some Spartan Company Commendation REQs. Anyone else experience this issue? GT - x Lord Relay x

After I downloaded and started the game, I got the error “user not authorized,” I’ve seen that before, and noticed that I was now level 1 and 0 req packs. What I did to correct the problem was to reboot the machine, reload the game, not once, but three times and all my reqs and levels returned. I believe as I have since starting Halo 5, that the problem is “Server-side”. My recommendation would be reboot Xbox, Relaunch game. It took me three times, but it eventually came back, So I don’t believe that you lost it, it probably needs to get re-synced again. A lot of this games problems are due to 343 servers, xbox live issues, which both are frustrating.

Thanks a lot for the advice, I’ll follow those steps above when I get off work and let you know the outcome.

None of the steps above worked, nor did the solutions proposed by @XboxSupport on twitter. Anyway to pursue compensation for my wasted Premium REQ packs?

According to our records, your Spartan Company Commendation Pack should still be in your Open Packs section in-game as well as on this site.

Our records also show that you received and opened the last two Premium Packs of your Arena REQ Bundle on 3/31/2016 at 8:07 PM PST.
