my reqs and the store are not loading for me, neither are armors and customizations (emblems, stance, id, ect.) except colors
anyone else having the same problem?
I am having the same problem. Spartan Appearance and ID just say Unable to retrieve data. Please try again later.
All I can do is change the colors.
It is not quite a year later and now I have this same problem, apparently. My level was reset to 1, it says unable to retrieve data for my customization and reqs, and my color and armor was changed to recruit and very much not black and red. In further addition, I could not use any reqs in Warzone, it kept saying retrieving data, and could not retrieve match statistics afterwards. Please tell me there is a quick and easy fix?
[EDIT]: The minute after I posted this, it restarted and fixed anything. That is amazing service… 
Did you do anything specific to fix the problem?

Hard reset your Xbox. Don’t revive old threads.
