My Req is almost constantly down or gets stuck opening packs. I am a halo vet but I will not keep Halo 5 (must be returned by sunday for a refund) if this continues to be the case. I know it isn’t my connection because the servers for arena work fine, but the req dosn’t. If there is a fix I would be glad to try it, but this has left a sour taste in my mouth scince the original announcement and has drastically lowered my opinion of the game, but I at least figured the REQ system would work.
Have you tried hard resetting your console?
Oh and why is the banhammer activating for every single mach I quit. My controller stopped working and I had no choice.

Twice. I’ve also rest the game by itself and it gets the reqs to work on the main menu ocassionaly. I fear this may be another MCC for me.
The REQ system not loading has been an issue for a long time. It seemed to not be happening as frequently in the last few weeks, but this past week I’ve noticed that it seems to be going down again after every other game.
A quick temporary fix that I do is load a custom game and then end it right away. The REQ menu works after that every time until it happens again later on.

I get this 2-3 times every day since the new update, you have to hard reset your console to fix it.
I say if you’re not having fun, return it now, wait a few months, and if the overall word about the game has improved, rebuy it. YOu’ll get a refund, so it wouldn’t. And why would you keep a game you don’t enjoy?
