This. They need to be in forge/customs. all variants of the weapons and vehicles. That would sell the game for me alone.

Legendary I don’t think is tied to Reqs, because that would be game changing, rather you pick them up on the map. I imagine they’ll be in forge. But it’s likely that you can change the cosmetic look of say the rocket launcher with the Req system as they already announced such a thing for vehicles.
I imagine that the whole sandbox when unlocked would be in forge I see no reason for it to not be tbh
