Anyone else have any ideas for Req Weapons and Vehicles? I know I sure do. Here are a couple of mine.
Anti-Air Wraith Ultra: AA Wraith with heavy armor and fast moving Fuel Rod shots that leave a lingering Area of Effect(like the Banshee Ultra Bomb)and can lock onto air vehicles. Req Level 7.
Temple Anti-Air Wraith: AA Wraith with heavy armor and a cannon with a faster rate of fire ad can lock on to air vehicles. Req Level 7.
ONI Falcon: Falcon with heavy armor and increased speed. The Turrets have explosive rounds and the Pilotable Gun has a faster rate of fire and has more splash damage. Other versions of this has ONI Gauss and ONI Rocket Turrets. Req Level 7.
Hannibal Falcon: Falcon with heavy armor and increased speed. The Turrets have Gauss Repeater rounds and the Pilotable Gun discharges a burst fire of very powerful Gauss rounds(like the Hannibal Wasp). Other versions of this has different Turrets. One discharges a powerful laser beam(like the Hannibal Scorpion but not as powerful)that has a fast recharge time and the other turret shoots Ion Rockets(like the Hannibal Mantis). Req Level 8.
Heretic’s Wrath(Ultra Rare Plasma Launcher): A Plasma Launcher that has more ammo and a faster cool down time and can shoot up to 6 Plasma Grenades at full charge. Req Level 6.
Arbiter’s Glory(Legendary/Mythic Plasma Launcher): Wielded by the great Arbiters of ancient times, this Mythic Plasma Launcher granted its users with greater speed and an upgraded shield. This Plasma Launcher shoots up to 5 Plasma Grenades at full charge and the firing speed is greatly increased and leaves a black hole gravity singularity at the point of impact which can EMP vehicles. Req Level 7.

Anyway it’s this Beam Rifle that, when shoots at heavy armor, like Hunters or vehicles, leads to a series of powerful plasmatic explosions on the surface of the thing it shot (kinda like blissful slumber, but more damage).

The weapon in Halo 5 is the plasma caster. It functions very similarly to the plasma launcher.
Hannibal warthog
Comes with armour almost as strong as oni tier but has a shield stronger than the needle hog with a little bit longer to recharge. Turret uses Hannibal mantis machine gun.
Level 6 req
Hannibal gungoose
Armour almost as strong as oni tier but has a shield weaker than the needle hog but recharges quicker. Grenades are the Hannibal mantis’ rockets but with an arc.
Level 4-5 req

The Plasma Caster and Plasma Launcher are completely different. One the Plasma Launcher is far more useful and much more deadly. The Plasma Grenades it fires are really fast and it locks onto infantry and vehicles.
