Good morning! I am Tecnoliter and game in Italy. Two days ago I purchased the package req War Voices but does not work. How do we solve? You ridate money?
The pack unfortunately had to be removed fro the store due to some difficulties with it working in-game. The team are aware of the issue though and are working to get it fixed. If you have purchased it then it will be available to use once the fix gets pushed out. Hopefully it won’t be too much longer 
Can you get the voice in a different pack or does it have to be the voice specific pack?

Has to be that specific pack. As soon as it’s fixed 343 will let everyone know
