REQ Upgrades not accessible?

Im able to play the game just fine get kills blah blah blah you know the usual, except i can’t access my REQS in game, it just says retrieving data.

Yeah, sometimes you end up in some kind of endless loading loop that they havent bothered to fix. Or don’t know how. Or its taking a while. Either way, turn off-turn on works 90% of the time with tech.

Just restart the game after you finish grinding out the game with nothing but a pistol, AR, and whatever you find on the ground. It happens a lot when joining in progress games.
