Req took my $ but didn't give me reqs.

I just bought a gold pack with $. But it didn’t open any packs, or give me anything. What???

Edit: I just spent $25 on req packs. All gold. I have none to be opened in Halo 5. This is a big problem.

Yep same here I bought 3 packs and I have not received any of the req’s

Same here. Bought a silver pack that doesn’t show in my account. Bought another silver to test whether something went wrong and haven’t gotten that one yet either. Must be a lag, hopefully they will show up today.

Have you checked your collection for things that were not unlocked before?
I don’t understand why anyone would buy Req packs with money.

I guess you could say you got… REQ’d. Maybe restart xbox or game? Also, I know the big package doesn’t give you all your gold packs up front, they’re distributed weekly.

I hard rebooted X1 and Halo 5. Nothing. I didn’t buy the warzone pack. Just 7 gold packs.

I checked and nothing new has appeared

This same thing just happened to me I bought some packs from the Xbox marketplace, when I went on nothing was there.

Why are you buying req packs? Only takes like 4-5 warzone games to get a gold pack.

As an SR34, why waste RP on Gold?

Well before marriage, kids, work obligations and ample disposable income I probably would have had the same view. In any case there are other threads to ask your philosophical question instead of hijacking this one which is for those of us who haven’t received the items we’ve paid for.

Look for my reply of This thread. It should help

Then let’s amend the original question. Why are you buying req packs and supporting the industry’s obsession with microtransactions?

There are numerous threads here on the micro transactions. The OP’s post is specific to an issue with the process not working today so don’t see a need to amend his question

As for myself and today’s attempted purchases; I am a handful of items away from unlocking all the rare items and want to get it dome today so the 2 premium req packs (which were included with my Guardians console) I receive tomorrow unlock the higher rarity stuff only. With the way today is shaping up getting ‘just 4 to 5 warzone matches’ in may not happen. 4 bucks to me in the scheme of things is nothing and I won’t waste a moment pondering the sinister intentions of gaming industry paying my Amex bill next month.

Mine have appeared now.
