So I recently focused on buying req packs in halo 5, trying to get req points, and I started off with bronze packs, and at first every other req pack would give me a permanent unlock. But recently I have received no permanent unlocks from the bronze packs I have opened, despite the fact that I still don’t have all the common unlocks.
Do you know why this is and how to resolve it?
Don’t concern yourself with that. Move on to the Silvers and then the Gold packs. You’ll eventually wind up with everything.

Unless they changed it?
Cause I remember opening some nine - ten bronze packs in a row without getting a permanent unlock, untill I got them again.

Move on to silver. When you have a good amount of the common it gets harder to unlock them by bronze packs since they don’t guarantee an unlock. Since silvers guarantee unlocks once you unlock everything at their level they will refund two 1500 point req cards, then move to golds, they refund two 3000 point cards once you have everything. Keep in mind not all unlocks are in packs as well. Some are unlocked by completing commendation and achieving certain Spartan ranks.
