Thank you for taking the time to preview my issue first and foremost.
I’ve been playing H5 on and off now since release and as with many other people have had the occasional disconnects from the servers resulting in lost games etc. I have also experienced the Req system go down frequently which isn’t too much a concern as I can still play online multiplayer. I took a break roughly a month ago and started up playing again as of a few days ago. The game itself runs fine but the req system is down from the moment my I start up H5 until I shut it down. I’m not too caught up into collecting emblems and reqs anyway, and I mainly do arena over warzone, but I would like to have the option… I don’t seem to rank up or down ever, and can’t review my post game stats either =[.Trying to google a solution only brings up posts from previous temporary req system offline situations.
If anyone knows a fix or has a similar issue, please share.

Well, in my experience, this is typically an Internet connection issue. To be sure, though, have you hard restarted your Xbox One? If this does not yield results, perhaps you might try restarting your modem, which will usually help clear any bad state you may encounter.
Reset your xbox OP. You can see your progress/points here on WP, so you are getting credit for matches. Many of us, including me, are experiencing intermittent req outages. The only fix that works for me is to quit out of the game, and restart it. Wait a couple of minutes for the req system to load…
Thanks guys. Hard resetting did the job. I was thinking it was something different because usually all I had to do previous was quit the game and re-run it.

Usually that is all you have to do, but in rare cases, when it continues to persist, a hard reset will usually help.
