No REQS available (ON Canada)
Sometimes it takes awhile for the REQ system to load up upon starting Halo 5. For instance, in my case whenever I boot up Halo 5, it always takes 1-2 minutes after closing the daily message for REQs to become available.
Are you still unable to connect to the REQ system? If you are still having trouble, try a power cycle/hard reset.
I did all of the above. Now my lvls back to 1. “Retrieving data” in arena multiplayer and still. Reads “req service unavailable”
Well, you profile is saved in the cloud, and according to waypoint your SR is 22, so I’m guessing this is just a profile sync error. Here are my suggestions to fix that:
- Hard reset/power cycle your console. This solves the issue in most cases (if you already tried this, move on to option 2).
- Try deleting your local game save data. This is a dangerous step because if you aren’t careful, you could accidentally delete your save data from the cloud, erasing all of your progress forever. I suggest using Google to look up a guide for this step.
- Reinstall Halo 5.
