This is a normal thing to happen, unfortunately, just go back to the dashboard and restart Halo. If that doesn’t work just restart your Xbox

I played a wz match and it didn’t get registered. I didn’t even get the points a few minutes later or something, it’s like I never actually played that match. 20 min. for nothing

False. The match will show up eventually. Again, this stuff has happened to other players including myself. You didn’t “waste” your time, the servers just take a while to sync up for some reason.

Not false.
I’m aware of that, however it’s not the case this time.

You don’t know that though, because there is still more time that can pass.

If it’s happening in the title screen just close out halo and open it back up or hard reset your xbox like most people have already said if it’s in game just sit there for what seems forever until it finally pops up some times it doesn’t but it’s worked for me a couple times

have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back in again?

The only thing that I have experienced was opening a silver pack last night. It took my points and no pack. Still haven’t received it.

Same issue played 3 matches in arena and have nothing restarted it twice still nothing
