Req system becoming inaccessible

I have been noticing that on occasion when I back out to lobby after I complete a round, in order to search again without enduring the 40 second intermission, I will sometimes find that the game will freeze shortly before resuming but with the Req system offline showing me with 0 RP and boosts.

So far when this happens it will never fix itself until either I quit the game fully and restart, or just play a match but without the option to use any of my boosts. I am just curious how common of an issue this is and if the backing out and freezing I have been noticing has anything to do with the Req store issue. I am also curious if there is a fix less time consuming than a full restart or playing a match without a boost.

What kind of Xbox are you using? What game modes are you playing that you see this happening in?

It could just be a syncing thing with the server you’re playing on, which server would you be on etc. If it persists I’d look at making a ticket to the Halo Support Forum.

Got an Xbox One S and it mostly happens when I back out of a WZ, Rock N’ Rail or Elimination playlists, and once it occurs it will persist across all playlists until I either complete a match or restart the game entirely (sometimes twice).

Oh dang that’s crazy! I don’t think I’ve had that one yet but I can definitely see that being a pain in the butt!

Do you use a certain boost before playing those game-modes?
