so after the update I’ve been getting 3 permanent unlocks in rare packs. I’ve also gotten ultra rates in rare packs as well. Anyone else or am I just super lucky?
They changed them. Emblems are separated from the 2 permanent unlocks.

Odds of receiving unlocks that aren’t emblems are dramatically increased seeing as emblems are not in the random table of the two assured permanent unlocks!
