I don’t care if you have to pay 5 times as much as what you can sell them for…hell even 10 times more than that they are worth would be pretty legit lol. As long as you already have the certification, I think this would be a good idea.

If this were added, Halo 5 would feel like pay to win. We don’t want pay to win. If there was a store designed just for buying customization items, it would work better.

They could do it much like clash royale does, and every day its a different specific card for just that day at the different rarities, for different prices. It should purely be aesthetic cards (everything but weapons and vehicles) also. So it could be like this:
- 1000 Req points for the common item of the day - 2000 RP for the uncommon - 3500 RP for the rare - 6000 RP for the Ultra Rare - 7500 RP for the legendary - They don’t sell mythic items (gotta earn the good stuff
lol)This allows you to get your one item of each level a day that is purely for show. Once you buy the item you aren’t able to buy it again, and the items you have unlocked don’t appear either.

I’m not trying to pay to win lol I’m just trying to finish all the commendations. I have unlocked everything and unfortunately the phaeton was the last thing I got a certification for. So, even if gold packs cost me 4K REQ points (since I get 6K back each time), I have spent about 500K on golds packs (around 125 gold packs) and have only got 3 phaetons LOL…give me a break
I would like to see a trade type system for armor and weapon skins. Trade it two pieces of uncommon for a rare, 3 pieces of rare for an ultra rare. Maybe even make it to were you could trade in weapon/Vechiles or their loadouts.
letting us buy specific cards means 343 gets no $ but at least they could have req section one for vehicles,infantry weapons,(xp’req)boost,ingame boost,permanent boost.For the love of god let us earn armor in the next game 343.
If the cards weren’t purchasable with real money then I totally agree! Though like Emperor Nova said it’d probably work better if you could buy just customization and arena items separately. They definitely need a menu for separate purchase of customization items, purely to phase out that stupid RNG system. Being able to actually save up for the armor you want would be great. Would likely bring more halo fans back to the game too.

^^^THIS! Yes, this guy knows. See this way we’d all get what we want, and 343 would still be able to stuff their greedy wallets with all the money so they could keep funding their trashy tournaments.
They just need to bring back the Reach unlock system.
I walked into this thread, because I thought you meant customization items rather than weapons/vehicles/etc… I don’t want that, then (as some above had mentioned) the game would feel like a “pay to win.”
