REQ store issues?

So, I just made a REQ purchase…it’s christmas, so why not invest some money and gift yourself a nice little REQ pack because you cnanot find time to play these days. I logged to this website, purchased a bundle…webiste was slow to begin with, okay, some issues on this day, server not the fastest…but everything loads, so keep going. After everything is done, the last window suddenly is interrupted by another window “failed to do complete transaction”. Okay, well, then we’ll wait till tomorrow. BUT I got an e-mail with the purchase completed. So I went back to the site…nope, no REQ packs. Okay, maybe it takes a while. After 2 hours I purchased another pack, smaller this time, regular gold pack…because the website was faster and I just wanted to make sure. And yeahl, everything works fine, no error window. I purchased it, got e-mail, the REQ pack was in the “unopen REQ packs” section. But what about the bundle I purchased 2 hours before and was charged with?
I cannot find a way to contact support…it’s hard anyway, telephone lines are closed at this hour. So what now? How do I get a refund or get my bundle?
