Oh it’s not BS. If you only got matched against people who had the same req completion as you or in a similar level people who just start would not be getting matched against peoples teams like LT Wasp -.- or the other major groups who dominate -Yoink-. I fought against Lt Wasps team twice and going off of game chat I was the only one who had all the reqs unlocked out of the 5 other people talking in there. The other people were low level and unless they bought anything they were not high enough to be anywhere near the people who were 100 levels higher then them.
If it was all about matching peoples reqs together then full teams of 12 people who are all level 120+ would likely not be getting matched against full teams of randomly slapped together people ranging from SR 20-60 and the occasional 80

I also do this. My buddy is great at sniping while I am personally not to good at it. The zoom hurts my head. Since he doesnt have any of the cool unlocks yet I always spawn him a Nornfang to have fun with xD After a gunfight in a base I will also start dropping Sentinel DMR’s for everyone.

Great point. That awesome sniper on the other team might be using the default sniper rifle.
OK, you can often tell whether someone’s got an upgraded vehicle, and once I did notice that I got killed by The Answer. However nobody knows whether that upgraded gear came from req points or real $$.
Go play BTB tons of vehicles there.

I dont know the algorithm that puts warzone matches together. But I do know you cannot tell who bought what and or earned what.
if you are any decent by the time they get to the level required to use high level cards you should be there by now.
I bought one gold pack from my change left over from buying killer instinct and I wouldn’t do it again unless with left over change.
i have yet to die or lose a warzone game and felt like I was completely out gunned left and right. Outplayed cause my teammates were idiots yes but not the former. Plus I got more plasma pistoles than I know what to do with.
after level 5 I can spawn with a pulse grenade and they have emp capabilities. But hell who knows maybe I’m just lucky

If you faced a full team party chances are you were gonna lose regardless lmao and what are the changes you face a full party team? And how do you know they were all purchased? My friend who doesn’t play arena and has had the game since launch has a pretty damn impressive collection. If you telling yourself the cards were bought after you lose or get killed makes you feel better than go for it buddy

OP, have you never bought any type of TCG in your life? It is the same concept, while I agree it is scummy to offer them as micro-transactions ($3 is quite a bit per pack, especially if you play a lot). It isn’t a pay-to-win model though simply because everything is still balanced in the scheme of things. Sure someone can get an ultra ghost or wraith but it can easily be taken out by a plasma pistol/heavy weapon.
