so i finally got to put some time into halo 5 and got just enough points to purchase a gold req pack. when i went to buy it, it told me it failed to connect to the servers and when i hit A to go try again i noticed 10 thousand of those points went missing like the pack was purchased even though i didnt actually receive it
Don’t worry OP you will still get your items, what happens is that the pack skips over the opening animation but the items still get added to your REQ inventory. You can hard reset your console or check your REQ inventory here on Waypoint to see your new items
On rare occasions, a REQ Pack will open without displaying the full animation. If this happens, the items will still be placed directly into your inventory. If the items are not immediately visible in your inventory, please perform a hard reset on your Xbox One and the items should be there. Additionally, if you’d like to check from your computer, the items should be in your inventory here on Halo Waypoint as well. We apologize for the inconvenience!
