So I regularly buy req packs… get over it. I like to have a mountain of reqs. Normally the day of a content release I buy a varying sized bundle of gold packs, only this time I did not receive any gold packs. Fifteen minutes later (and trying to purchase a singular one to test) I have not received any of the packs. I did however promptly receive my billing confirmation from Microsoft. Please resolve this issue.
The same thing happen for me just a few minutes ago I usually buy a few bundles after a new update comes out and I haven’t received them

Same problem here bought the 19.99 gold pack bundle. I opened one (I don’t think I had a pack but I suppose i might have) but the rest was missing. Made the purchase at about 3 pm. Eastern time.
same here I spent money on 9 gold packs and now there I am short 20 us dollars can I get those packs back or will I get refund

Hey folks, try hard resetting your consoles and see if the items show up, or check your unopened packs here on Waypoint to see if they appear there

Both didn’t work out. Both options displays the text: “You have no unopened packs.”
