Every 5 or so games i wont be able to use the req stations at all it will just say retrieving data and i cant fix it, then once every 7 or so games i cant purchase or make swaps until im req lvl 3
Had that happen 3 times to me yesterday. Once where my lvl 3 BR was just gone.

1st time? wow you are lucky.
It happens to me every once in a while. Restarting the game fixes it for me.
Restart the game, and/or restart your xbox (unplug it and replug it)
