It’s a fairly common issue that pops up from time to time. Sometimes when you boot up Halo 5, you are unable to access your REQs even after letting the game warm up for a bit. Thankfully, I have a quick fix on hand.
Find your internet router / modem. Turn it off and unplug it for 10 seconds. After those 10 seconds go by, plug it back in. Wait for a few minutes so the signal can come back. If you do this right, you should be able to access your REQs in the game. If that doesn’t work the first time, keep trying until you hit that “sweet spot”.
