So I just got onto halo 5 went into warzone firefight and got my daily win pack but when I went to open it a message popped up saying “Req service unavailable” let me know if you guys got it too…Please fix this 343
Just quit the game from the dashboard and load it up again. Sometimes happens to me.
Was happening a lot yesterday evening - some others posted on here about it. The servers seem to be playing up at the moment.

If you started the game with no sync issues. You can wait a couple of minutes for the req system too load. Otherwise quit and restart the game.
My brother just got a gold req pack, while he was packing it out the req service turned to unavailable. After that it said the pack was already opened but he didn’t get anything…
I get this everyday, it just takes some time to get going. However I’ve noticed its much worse than normal for me right now as I can’t load my REQs inside of WZ/WZA/WZFF games. It hasn’t caused me too much issue but its just rather inconvenient.
They really need to fix this asap. I can’t even play WZ what so ever with this happening. Its like its hard for the game to even know who I am saying the the Halo 5 severs are unavailable, and showing my rank as a 1. Its been like this for 5 days. fix it please.
Doesnt seem to matter how good your connection is. Restarting H5 helps when it can be helped.
Yesterday I Joined 2 games of WZFF in progress and I was unable to use any req at all. Well, basic weapons were not so efficient in round 4 as you can imagine.
